Program Leaders

WanettaWanetta has an infectious energy that motivates and inspires others to action. Her passion for life, and living it to the fullest, makes her an engaging speaker. Wanetta and her husband Grai, live in Qualicum Beach and own One on One Fitness where they help their clients change their bodies through nutritional counseling and personal training. Wanetta has been a Weight Watchers leader since 1998 helping thousands of people reach their goals. Always pushing herself out of her comfort zone, Wanetta is the first woman to run the famous, West Coast Trail in a day. She’s also ridden her bicycle from Alaska to Mexico, competed in Ironman Canada and runs Ultra Marathons every year. Her sincere interest in people and their welfare and happiness shines through.
ChristinaAs a highly successful sales manager and coach, Christina’s passion lies in the service and connection of meeting the needs of her clients. With a fun and engaging style, she has lead workshops and coached individuals to success over the last 10 years. To further her understanding of human relationships, both with self and others, she is currently studying to be a Registered Professional Counselor. Christina credits the Excellence series for teaching her principles she has applied to her life, enriching her relationships and resulting in a more fulfilling experience of life.
TrishaTrish has been working with clients since 1989, a program leader of the Pursuit of Excellence since 1996 and The Advancement of Excellence since 1991. She utilizes her broad experience in management, entrepreneurship, facilitation and sales to assist others to get the results they identify as important. Trish brings fun, energy, insightfulness plus enthusiasm to the program room. Trish lives her dream life with passion. She enjoys laughter, experiencing joy in the moments, sharing good times with friends and expanding her horizons. A thirst for knowledge drives her to continually expand her comfort zone. Trish remains active with rock climbing, running, swimming, hiking, and loves to race sailboats. When you find her at home gourmet cooking and home renovations keep her busy. Spending time with family of five children and three grandchildren is an integral part of her life. She is currently residing part time in the Okanagan living on her sailboat and part time in Prince Rupert with her husband who is an instructor for Northwest Community College in many First Nations communities.
LorraineLorraine is a highly energetic leader who has worked with people in many capacities over the span of her diverse career. She has a background as a facilitator, has worked in sales and training and has worked with people dealing with addictions. Lorraine has provided counselling and has coordinated centres that support people struggling with both drug and alcohol problems as well as food addictions. Lorraine’s personal life experiences and challenges, coupled with her sense of humour, genuine enthusiasm and her love for life, provide hope and inspiration for others. Lorraine and her husband Shawn live with their family in beautiful Nanaimo.

Pam lives with her family on Long Lake in Nanaimo.
KimKim has been immersed in The Excellence Series since 1996 and leads both The Pursuit of Excellence and The Advancement of Excellence. Her energy, enthusiasm and humour create a winning combination as a facilitator. By living her life to the fullest, Kim truly ‘walks the talk’ and inspires others to go after and actualize their life-long goals and dreams. Her passion for living a meaningful and fulfilling life is evident in everything she does. Kim is committed to making a difference in our world through strengthening the fabric of goodwill globally with her W.I.N.G.S. initiative. She and her husband Mark own and operate an electrical contracting company, and are living the dream in beautiful Belcarra, BC.
CarolCarol is a highly regarded educator in the field of personal and professional development. She began to lead courses in the Excellence Series in 1986 and she has worked successfully with thousands of people in her role as a Senior Facilitator. Carol’s life work is in assisting people in gaining clarity about what has meaning for them. Her masterful skills and insight, combined with humor and compassion create a phenomenal sense of safety in the training room. Carol has developed and taught many other courses, most recently including “Inside Passage” and “Lighting the Path”. Carol lives in Washington with her husband Stephen, an accomplished artist.
LarryFor more than 24 years as a seminar leader and group process facilitator, Larry has had one core mission: “Making a heart-felt difference by contributing in significant, measurable ways to the life satisfaction of individuals and the effectiveness of organizations.” Expressing that mission, he has conducted countless corporate trainings and public seminars throughout the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong and the former Soviet Union to groups numbering 5 to 2,000. Larry has been a highly respected leader of the Excellence Series seminars since 1983. His engaging style, humor and sincerity, help participants to create personal breakthroughs in newly discovered strengths, abilities, and an expanded vision for their future.
JimFor 23 years, Jim has educated and enlivened the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals who have attended his presentations. Whether speaking to corporate audiences or the general public, he presents topics interestingly and humorously, consistently receiving rave reviews from companies from coast to coast and around the world. In addition to leading The Pursuit of Excellence for over 20 years, Jim custom designs and develops a range of relationship-building topics. Jim Sorensen is also an accomplished artist and illustrator, with seven books to his credit. He lives in Seattle with his wife Brenda and daughter Katelyn.
BrentAn experienced seminar leader and executive coach, Brent has worked with thousands of individuals across Canada and internationally since 1992. He serves as a member of the associate faculty for Royal Roads University , teaching personal leadership, ethics, coaching and teamwork, and is a seasoned facilitator of the Pursuit of Excellence and The Wall. Known for his humour and clarity, Brent combines an understanding of business with tremendous skill in individual and group learning processes.
RobynRobyn completed the Excellence Series over 20 years ago and largely credits the programs for helping define her career path. With an education in broadcast journalism and marketing management, she brings 20 years of corporate experience in executive coaching, media training and strategic communications. She receives stellar reviews for her humorous and engaging corporate presentations, demonstrating a keen understanding of human resources and the strategic issues impacting executive level leaders. Robyn is also an emerging documentary filmmaker / producer and lives in Victoria, BC with her husband Mark.
NadiaInvolved with Excellence Seminars for over 10 years, first as a Service Representative, and then as a Program Leader, Nadia delivers each program as if it were her first. Combining a quirky sense of humour, her own personal life stories and rich, diverse background with the program materials, participants are fully engaged in each step. Nadia, in partnership with her husband Brian, runs three large businesses in British Columbia and uses those life experiences to fully illustrate different dimensions of the courses she facilitates. With compassionate courage she embraces whatever participants are willing to share and stands with them in the fire as they move forward to make the necessary changes to improve the quality of their own lives.
LucieA 1994 graduate of the Excellence Series, Lucie is an advocate of lifelong learning and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and the world. A life student of the effects of change on individuals and organizations, she brings 30 years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector. In her continual quest to help others, Lucie has led hundreds of personal and professional development programs. Her eclectic background and diverse experiences make for a dynamic leader. Down to earth and practical, her energy and enthusiasm inspire great results. An outdoor enthusiast Lucie lives in her favourite natural environment in Belcarra BC.

Service Representative Team

JillJill completed the Excellence Series in 1999 and ever since has wanted to “give back”. She enjoys being involved with others uncovering their true potential and is committed to expanding the Vancouver and Calgary markets with individual and corporate programs. She also is a part owner of a company which provides new and innovative solutions to the wellness industry. Jill was a flight attendant and a Union President for twenty years. She enjoys golfing, skiing and Biking with her family.

Lesli-AnnLesli-Ann (L.A.) is a trained life skills coach and has always been passionate about helping people reach their potential. Dedicated to continual education, she discovered Excellence Seminars International in 2009. Immediately following the Advancement of Excellence she began working with the team undertaking duties from Logistics to Facility Management. L.A. is also the Graduate Service Representative for all centres. Her enthusiasm for helping others reach self-actualization is contagious! L.A. lives in Burnaby, BC, has three grown children and works part-time as a professional videographer.
RhondaRhonda first took the Pursuit of Excellence over 20 years ago. She found herself drawn to the program once again and this coupled with her intense curiosity about people, has made the Vancouver Island Service Rep position a perfect fit. Rhonda’s greatest joy in life is being a mom to her now teenage son and daughter. She has a passion for photography and loves to capture and create memories for her family and friends. She continues manage her husband Bob’s office and they live with their family in beautiful Nanaimo.
CathieA graduate of the Excellence Series in 1989, Cathie has developed a love for life-long learning and has taken numerous personal development courses over the past 27 years. The Excellence Series has always held a special place in her heart as it was there that she experienced some of the most significant shifts in her life. She believes that going through the programs helped her to be a better mom to her two amazing children. Living in Calgary Alberta, Cathie has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 30 years with a background in Social Work. Fulfilling a need to make a difference in the world, Cathie is excited to be “back in the saddle” with the Excellence Seminars and looks forward to helping others in their journey for self discovery. She is the service representative for Calgary.
Dan JudsonDan completed the Excellence Series early in 2010 and once he got started there was no stopping him. He has since assisted several programs and is dedicated to giving back to others the gift he received in completing the Series. He is excited to take on the role as a Associate Service Representative with Excellence Seminars International as it allows him to stay connected to the programs and support others to achieve their best life. Dan lives in Ladysmith on a small hobby farm with his two boys and his horse Jasper.
Lara WhiteLara is highly energetic, personable, and engaging. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Education. Lara loves to be surrounded by people, in career and life. She is a life-long learner at heart, who thrives on the challenge of learning new skills and taking part in exciting and adventurous activities such as travelling, snowboarding, and horseback riding. Lara began her journey with the Excellence Series in 2011, and is now pursuing her goal to help others create a rich and fulfilling life, by being an ambassador for the results she has seen in herself and others. Lara is very excited to share with others as they experience a new love for life, like she has! She is the Service Representative for Greater Victoria.
