Interested in Learning More While Being of Service to Others?
Want to Experience Teamwork at its Best?

Program participants are often attracted to the idea of "paying forward " some of the value they created as a result of taking the Excellence Series. Many assist Excellence Seminars International, and the current participants, by volunteering to help out in a variety of ways during the programs.

What surprises them is that their own learning is greatly enhanced in the process of helping others. They integrate the material at a deeper level and experience the richness that comes from working with a highly committed and focused team.

Requirements to assist programs in the Excellence Series differ by program. Minimum requirements include:

  • Completion of the Excellence Series
  • Completion of the Assisting Workshop (see below)
  • Enrolling at least one person in the Excellence Series

The Assisting Workshop

The Assisting Workshop prepares volunteers to assist programs in the Excellence Series. The overall role of the volunteer is to support each participant to fully participate in each step of the program so they can create maximum value in their lives. Please check the schedule to for upcoming Assisting Workshops in your area.

Other Opportunities to Contribute

The Pursuit of Excellence Training Society (POETS) was registered as a charitable organization in 2001. Its sole purpose is to raise and distribute funds to those who would like to take the Pursuit of Excellence but who do not have the financial resources.

If you are interested in making a donation, fund-raising or serving on the Board of Directors of POETS, contact us.

What Grads have to say

"At the Hecate Group of Companies, we integrated the Excellence Series into our overall First Nations Heli-Logging Training Program. It was an important part of the results we achieved—changed lives, and productive work-safe employees."

Mike Lewis,
Vice-President of the Hecate Group
